All of our watches come with a 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date. The specific terms of the warranty will be detailed in the paperwork provided with your watch. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical issues that may arise during normal use. Given the precise nature of mechanical watches, occasional issues may occur unpredictably. Although such issues might not be immediately noticeable upon delivery, our warranty ensures that they will be promptly addressed.

It’s important to understand that the warranty does not extend to accidental damage or misuse, nor does it cover normal wear and tear over time. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your watch upon receipt to ensure there are no cosmetic concerns.

Should your warranty expire, please reach out to us at info@noidentitywatch.com, and we will be happy to assist you in arranging for servicing. Please be aware that outside of the warranty period, a servicing fee will apply.
